Cendekia: Jurnal Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Pendidikan seeks applications from enthusiastic researchers and scholars who can oversee and maintain the journal's editorial direction to ensure a steady flow of engaging and thought-provoking original research publications.
This opportunity will allow you to stay up to date on research in our field and establish yourself as a leader in the rapidly changing and exciting field of education. Editorial Board appointments are for three years and may be renewable. Your name and affiliation will be listed on the journal's website.
The primary duties of Editorial Board members are as follows:
- Collaborating with editors to create the journal's vision, policies, and procedures;
- Pre-screening submissions and deciding whether a manuscript can be accepted or rejected for processing, and recommending reviewers if necessary;
- Acting as the guest editor of a special issue in your particular field of expertise, or recommending potential topics and guest editors.
- Promoting Cendekia journal and raising its visibility at related academic conferences;
- Assisting in the solicitation of high-quality papers for Cendekia Journal
- Providing advice on journal development.
The board member selection criteria are as follows:
- A doctoral degree and relevant expertise;
- With a strong interest in the scholarly journal;
- Having an appointment at a university, an academic or research institution;
- Previous publication and review experience for peer-reviewed publications.
